A Simple Way to Create Change

March 29, 2010

Unconditional self-love is a simple yet powerful way to create rapid change in your life. Accepting your self exactly as you are right now will create an immediate shift in your reality.  When you want to change your reality, look in the mirror and start by looking at your reflection’s left eye and say ” I deeply, completely, love, value and accept myself ”.  If you become emotional allow time for the release and continue to say it looking at your left eye in the mirror until the emotional response is transformed.  Now repeat the process by looking into your right eye and saying the same statement.

This process of becoming more conscious and in a state of greater unconditional love of self takes place by being presented with an infinite number of levels of acceptance.  I think of it as though the Universe is saying ” Do you love yourself now? ” “How about now?”  ” What about this part of you?”  etc.  A clear measure of how much you truly love yourself is reflected in how loving, open and receptive you are to other people regardless of their beliefs, actions and awareness level.  Can you truly practice inclusivity with all people?  If not then you have more work to do!!!

When Free Will Gets in Your Way

March 23, 2010

Many people believe that if it feels right inwardly then you are on the right track.  I understand that perspective but sometimes we can be fooled by our personality/ego into continuing to act out ingrained patterns and by so doing we will actually sabotage efforts by the conscious mind to create change in our lives and expand our awareness.  Ingrained patterns can feel like you are going with the flow because they are comfortable, they are known territory or chartered waters.

So how can you tell if you are going with the flow or just continuing to stick with a feel good pattern, well you have to look beyond the surface feeling.  Let me give you an example; you may have decided to stop eating chocolate but you really feel like you want some…so when that happens ask yourself does your body feel like it wants some or is it just your taste buds.  Sit with the wanting chocolate for a while and it will go away.  Similarly with ingrained patterns look inside for how all of you feels about the pattern and you will find that on a deeper level it doesn’t feel good at all.  So use the power of your free will and change direction for even greater freedom!!

Tangible Benefits of Becoming More Enlightened

March 16, 2010

The other day I was talking to a women’s group about the fourth path as a way to accelerate your enlightenment and I realized from the comments that they thought that enlightenment was not a tangible thing.  Enlightenment is the act of raising your vibrational frequency  as a result your personality becomes soul-infused, your body experiences radiant health, you appear youthful beyond years, you begin to experience sixth senses on a regular basis (such as telepathy, clairaudience, precognition, etc.), you manifest your desires with ease and you feel a deep seated connection with all things.

Your Fourth Path

March 9, 2010

In my Light Bodies practice I assist people in finding their fourth path.  Now what does that mean?  Well there are many paths to enlightenment, some emphasize balancing the physical body (such as Yoga, martial arts, etc) some emphasize balancing the emotional body (such as Elias DeMohan’s sound, color and vibration approach) and finally some emphasize balancing the mental body (such as choosing positive thoughts as in the teachings of Abraham).  I agree with Gurdjieff that the greatest acceleration in personal growth aka enlightenment occurs when you balance all three of these bodies which is the fourth path.  Each of us has our own fourth path and by working with me  you will find your own fourth path.  Are you ready?
